Electrical work
The Gateway plugs into a standard GPO — no electrician required for the basic setup. Mains-voltage pump wiring and contactors must be handled by a licensed electrician.
If you continue
If you continue, your trial deposit is credited toward the Gateway and you move onto the monthly, no-lock-in subscription.
Fertigation Core
Fertigation Core is included during the trial where your installed hardware supports it. If you continue afterwards, it becomes an optional paid add-on at $69/month per enabled farm.

Before you start.
Do I need Wi-Fi on my farm?
Yes. The Gateway connects to your existing farm Wi-Fi for all cloud and app communication. If you intend to wire up pump control, then a stable signal near the pump is required. A standard WiFi router or hotspot with reliable coverage at that location is sufficient.
Can I use my existing sensors?
Yes, if their electrical interface matches a supported channel: analog voltage, 4-20 mA current loop, SDI-12, Modbus over RS485, or a listed CH12 0-12 V voltage-output pulse option. Use the sensor compatibility checker before ordering to confirm exact models, and contact support if yours is not listed for review.
Can I test fertigation during the trial?
Yes. Fertigation Core is included during the trial where your installed sensors and dosing hardware support it. Connect a Dosatron, MixRite, Venturi injector, or batch tank and run a fertigation pass as part of a real Program. If you want to continue using fertigation features after the trial, Fertigation Core becomes an optional paid add-on at $69/month per enabled farm.
Do I need a licensed electrician?
Only if you are wiring a mains-voltage pump or pump contactor. The Gateway itself plugs into a standard GPO — no electrician is required for the basic plug-in setup. Any mains-voltage connections, including pump contactors, must be handled by a licensed electrician.
What if the trial does not fit my operation?
For the standard 1x Gateway trial, return the Gateway in original condition under the trial terms using the prepaid Express return label and receive your full $300 deposit back. Express delivery and return shipping are covered.
Can I request a trial with more than one unit?
Yes. If you need a Gateway plus additional units for evaluation, contact us about an assisted multi-unit trial. Those extra units are arranged internally, outbound shipping is charged to you, and if you do not convert, you organise return shipping to receive your refundable deposit back.
